Moving made easy with Xfinity and Amazon

Moving itself is already stressful, and when it comes to choosing an internet service, the variety of national and local internet providers can feel additionally overwhelming. Xfinity aimed to raise awareness of its service in a way that cut through the noise by showcasing their ability to support and help customers throughout their move.

Amazon partnered with Xfinity to create an online “Moving Assistant" that allowed customers to build their own personalized moving guide. Using a questionnaire to gather customer inputs across a range of categories, a "Moving Tips presented by Xfinity" guide was generated providing smart, fast, and safe tips on the best way to move while accounting for the different stages one could find themselves: pre-move, moving day, post-move. Promotional tiles were laced throughout the experience for a seamless narrative that brought Xfinity top-of-mind throughout the move.

Campaign performance

  • 60 second dwell time is 500x higher than average

  • Scroll depth is 2x higher than average

  • +7.3% lift in brand favorability

  • +11.1% lift in brand favorability across users subscribed to competitors

  • +15.1% lift in brand favorability across users exposed to both Fire TV and Alexa Home Screen

  • +18.6% lift in brand favorability across users aged 18-44*
