AT&T Route to Connection: A documentary chronicling the digital divide
Route to Connection illustrates the challenges encountered by those at the heart of the digital divide, the gap that exists between those who can fully participate in our digital world through fast, reliable connectivity and those who cannot.
AT&T and Amazon partnered to amplify, Route to Connection, a 15-minute documentary – directed by Emmy-winning filmmaker Eve Van Dyke on Amazon Fire TV.
Through Amazon’s Stream it Forward initiative, $1 was donated to the Boys & Girls Club of America & Maverick Boys and Girls Clubs of Amarillo for every stream on Fire TV.
As a Senior Art Director for Amazon’s brand innovation lab, my involvement included pitch development, design and direction for asset build out as well as client and leadership presentation.
More than 8 in 10 viewers agreed that Amazon was a good partner for AT&T.
According to a Brand Lift Study completed at the close of the campaign, viewers were significantly more likely to associate AT&T with making a positive impact on underserved communities, enabling connections between people that create opportunities.
